Ellipse resistance just below SPX 2300. I posted this chart two weeks ago and here it is again.

It's a time signal on the x-axis. A time signal is a time signal. Suggests there will be a good move. Gives absolutly no indication of the direction, no indication if the move is up or down. And what we don't know we don't trade - unless other indicators give us more info.

Close up of Tuesday's time signal. This is not a slam dunk, but these kind of signals tend to be valid i.e. the market ought to make a good move.
