MA 390 on SPX (or SPY, ES) is helpful. Of course it can't be used solely, but together with intraday momentum indicators it makes sense.

Huge jump in Puts, Bears yesterday. We are setting up a huge short covering rally here. hourly close over 2406 ES will trigger this. 2424 next target IF So....

CPCE is very low yesterday. Where you saw puts?

Yesterday the ES had a couple of decent trend moves and the small caps weren't worth looking at. Today it is switched and the TF has had two clear moves for momentum chasers like me.

February 28 high is important - a break higher and into the close is positive:
