Gap down below yesterday's range but since yesterday was a major distribution day which filled almost all the gaps the next day so really hard to say whether the gap will be filled or not.

The Global ES looks like a stair down, after a night consolidation, it breakdown again, the Fib 61.8% Measured Move of such a breakdown after consolidation would be around ES 1063 something.

Factory orders: We expect factory orders to increase 0.2% in August, with a 0.5% rise in nondurables offsetting the 0.1% decline in durable orders reported in the preliminary release. ES range estimate is 1055-1095. ES traded at its August low of 1071 this morning, but I don't think the drop is over yet. Next support is at the August 2010 low of 1037.

Yes, that's been making the rounds on the net today after ZH posted it last night. Funny how ZH is now becoming a source for mainstream media.

We could continue downwards here into Friday's jobs report at which point we could see a cycle low and a rebound to squeeze shorts and clear our sentiment.
