Flat open plus most gaps after a Major Accumulation Day got filled the same day so most likely the gap should be filled.
Global ES is having the 2nd try, well, the 3rd try on the previous high so kind of key time, bulls need a decisive breakout which if indeed, I bet most bears would give up in despair. This market is designed to upset bears the most, so usually what bears are most afraid of the market does what, well, let's see.

morning guys. yesterday some of us were interested in how much each sector weighed on the s+p ( for those that trade the spy and /es futures ) and i found this from bespoke. as you can see financials are only second to technology which is why the XLF and BAC were able to lift the indexes yesterday. you'll note from cobra's report yesterday that rsp was lagging and this would explain that ...

For today, I think ES will see more active trades if above 1230 or below 1213 . trading between those level will not have much volume

I think everyone is watching the NQ today --- if the ES makes a new high without the NQ we'd have divergence...

AAPL’s Gann squares updated…where the rejection at the top of the 3rd square is now obvious.

Is copper still considered an indicator for the economy? It dropped very badly since yesterday's high. But then again, the EUR broke out.

QLD’s dependence on AAPL was obvious in the after-hours trades.

Check the circle area, and check the red ( resistance ) and the green ( support ), when you have a pattern like that with last 3 trading day's have a big candle in the daily, and traders are waiting to see a big action today, but I think the market will stay near the circle area at least for today, but as I saud, above 1230 or below 1213 in ES will see more volume activity and then we might see some real action.
bottom line, ES in a strong small range now so far.
this is what I ment by saying "
looks like we will have a boring day "
