Gap up but within the Friday's range, so there're some chances the gap would be filled. As mentioned in the weekend report, this 3rd try on the upside is very critical, a decisive breakout of the Friday's high is necessary for bulls.

Global ES is especially clear, because it revisited the low overnight, made a higher low, so if we see a decisive breakout of the blue line above, then chances are the low was in.
Euro still looks weak.

This is what I am seeing as my cycle chart says we are in a 14 week cycle with 9 weeks of upside to 5 weeks of downside. We are smack in the middle of the down cycle. So not really sure about the santa rally this year.
Btw, I had posted this over the weekend watering thread. Just wanted to see what all of you think in this forum about this cycle. It has worked everytime for the last 2 years, that's 14 times in a row!!!

Looks good. Would that mean you'd short this gap up?

I think until 1231 is taken out with MAD volume, shorts will be okay.

Thanks. Cycle sometimes work sometimes does not (well, the same as other signals), so the only thing I can say is, it's a great chart, I like this cycle.
