Flat open, so any gap will be filled.
The global ES doesn't look bad for bears because it had a failed attempt trying new high overnight, so now bears got the ball and must breakout yesterday's low to make the 2nd 1-2-3 formation. Let's see.

GM Cobra!
Thanks for not blacking out your site in protest of SOPA; although I do pray you oppose it.

Good Morning Cobra!
I liked the VIX divergence that you explained last night…
I am now long Feb VIX calls and patiently expecting the VIX breakout…

Guess who is coming tonight for dinner…but could show up anytime now for brunch?
If you don’t, even after looking at this projection, read Cobra’s “Market Outlook” last night…

We should all be opposing SOPA. I plan on posting the Bill of Rights on my blog later today in support of anti-SOPA/Protect IP efforts.

Following a TraderGirl’s suggestion, I am now looking for an entry point to short the Emerg. Mkt. with the help of EDZ:
CAVEAT:
1. This a “3x short” which, like many others, likes better to go down than up. Therefore, I consider to rather buy, when I get a signal, EEM puts, which are very liquid…
2. Should the contour of the ellipse act as a strong attractant or not? Uempel might bring some insight into this matter…
+++corrected by me: "EDZ"

it'd be the 3rd test on the low, so if indeed get tested, better not hope it'd hold.
