Intraday dip will be bought, but look at this chart, Bulls need to continue to push up, a rejection at 38.2% will be quite bearish.

Market seems not happy about what Powell said. He must have said to cut rate because I remember every time Fed said to raise rate the market skyrocketed high!

Try to imagine all the stops that were just triggered with these last moves. FED days are Market Makers' Game On for Liquidity.

Actually the Michigan Report came out moments before Powell started speaking, and the initial down was a response to that.

Rejection at 38.2 of the big chart. Looking down to 4127, testing this time it will not hold.
