ok, for better or worse im long June es at 5210 , 7 point stop.Ticks are trying to turn positive so it looks like a bottoming process but i cant discount the chance of on more push down to maybe 5205-8

Intraday: next MA sell setup will tell, will there be a down trend or not. next sell with LL is a must or bottom will be in for today....It's Friday, one more sell to go.

ES daily.

Still in the range. Needs a breakout, up or down.

ES 60 minutes.

Down from R1 to the Pivot.

Extreme chop with long bars up and then down.

SPY 5 minutes. Regular hours. Tracks the same as ES Mar24.

Some decent moves up then down.

Down through the Pivot, through S1, with S2 just below.

Alternative markets.

DBC, SPYG, USO down. TLT down a bit.

GLD, IYR up.

SPYV and UUP essentially flat.

Break the EMA20 decisively then the low was in, so it's the bear's last stand here.

Maybe a little hope for bears here but I won't count on, this rebound shall have legs at least.
