Yes - this is "the manipulation"... It's like $SPX is big HOT AIR BALLOON and $USD is THE BURNER; I can see that UncleB pointed it down and turned it ON, full-speed and balloon is not going up... so guess what'll happen when THE BURNER is turned OFF.

Watch, this could be a Double Top breakdown. A failed Double Top breakdown on the other hand is good for bulls if the market can make a sharp reversal here.

It is my opininion that tho we will see new highs above the yearly highs so far, sometime in April, i think Mon -Tues see a decent decline first!...

It looks like the comp and the spx has both put in double tops ( lower ones) If so we may go down from here. Let me know if I am wrong.
