The Global ES had the 2nd test of the previous high and pullback. Now let's wait to see if it has further pullbacks from here. Key time, as you don't want to see a Double Top here. I mean bears now have a little hope but still the chart patter favors bulls for now.

let's wait to see how DAX cloes today, a gap up, open high, close lower bar after a series push up usually means a pullback is near. I cannot see volume, better if volume surges, then the pullback is even more likely.

Personally, I would not add at this level. I'm waiting for a pull-back. RIM is releasing new phones based on their QNX operating system purchase from 2010. This OS is far superior than iOS or Android (IMHO). Hard to tell yet if they are too late to the dance or not. Plus they are releasing the new phones after the holidays - missed opportunity.

I think they could re-capture some market share if they can capitalize on the new OS and not screw it up.

NVDA - descending triangle. Not sure if this was a false break-down. Also, options express charts do not account for dividends.

You've seen the QNX operating system? Is that in their Playbook?
I have the BlackBerry 9700, which is approx 4 years old. It's suppose to be replaced by the 9900, but I like the 9790, which is sold only by Cincinnati Bell. As a Chicago-area resident, I can't sign up. The BlackBerry 10-based phone is a touchscreen, which I don't like. The manual keyboard will come out later. IMO, I do not like what they're doing. The lousy US economy isn't helping anyone's sales.

Slightly singed bear here (bear for only as long as overbought conditions last) still short via TZA calls.

Below is a chart for IWM. See the lower indicator with the slow stochastic rolling over with a reading around 94? That's not bullish (short term). I still expect a pullback even if it's small in both magnitude and duration.
