Small gap down, within yesterday's range, so the gap might be filled.

I'm not sure if it's a failed 2nd test of the high overnight (bearish) or a Symmetrical Triangle (bullish) on the Global ES, need wait and see.

Sounds like a broken record but USD/JPN still in control of this market. I find this odd considering the relative size of Japan's economy is quite small.

CORRECTION: I did not mean JPN GDP is small, I meant JPN as trade partner with US. JPN GDP is pretty big!

JPY is huge.

If Greece can move the markets, then I think the 2nd largest developed economy, 3rd largest economy in terms of GDP, 4th most significant currency via PPP, largest high tech manufacturer, and the "safe" currency of Asia can probably dictate some moves in the world economy as well.

Yes, i already made that correction. I find it odd though that the currency fluctuation (not GDP growth) is so influential on the immediate moves of our indexes.

The Greek situation was entirely different as was Cyprus.

Anyone know why biotechs are being beat up this morning? I searched for the obvious (downgrade or whatever) but can't find anything. AMGN, CELG, REGN, are all down as of right now.

Stop going to people's blogs. They all think they are going to be the next guru and they are all wrong. Only a few do the work necessary to have a decent blog and it takes a lot of work.
