Global ES looks like a Bear Flag breakdown, so not good looking.

ES positive divergence and failure to break 1600, time for bulls to bounce. Bounce cannot be over 1635 or else 1590 seems unlikely again :D

AAPL Update - Range is getting extra tight, waiting for an imminent breakout these few days for either side. Patience pays well. :D

Because it looks pretty impulsive with your count?

AAPL Update - Lost hourly 100SMA

Needs a 5min close below 441, for the 435-436 target or else this is just a textbook bear trap.

3 push down, so could be 2 legged up.

Partial short.
I covered half yesterday afternoon on a discretionary basis given NYMO oversold condition.
The remaining half will run or get covered depending on what happens.
Assuming no selling panic, the NYMO is reaching a point where a statistical bounce is likely to initiate in the next two trading days.
No guarantee...but hunting for a low has some merit.

My summation index signal is down.
My composite trend indicator signal is down but still vulnerable to whipsaw.
I thought I would get some confirmation yesterday but a key indicator closed a few ticks above the threshold. Maybe today, just in time for a reversal...

We'll see how things unfold, but there has been enough technical deterioration to set the stage for an intermediate top.
I'll be looking for evidence of bulls selling into the next rally.

Potential inverted head & shoulders on TLT
Bullish if it confirms by breaking above (and holding above) the neckline at about 116

This is my old “Red Zone” chart, adapted to $UST, the 10yr treasury bonds.
The decline in treasurys brought us down to 3+ standard deviations below the 50ma. That’s the red zone, dangerous, and it usually, not always, pulls up out of the red-zone fast. You can already see it start to turn up.
The Bolinger %B = 50/2 on the top panel speaks to the same issue (but that’s 2 std dev)
[Note: $UST is end-of-day EOD yesterday]

one 5min. up bar was overbought per internals, this is not good, a breakdown bears will enjoy 1587.xx on /ES. ( until it doesn't)

pullback indeed, not making new low good, so bulls have hopes. let's see if any follow through of the current bull bar.

I am seeing some decoupling of Yen and US equity markets. Maybe the carry trade has unwinded.
