" buy market (bull)" but this is just a primer and not actual signal.

Looks like it to me...after we see a trough, we could go higher into the end of the year, so transports have been holding this whole time, so I can see them breaking out...

The dollar could have made a 5 wave move up, so if we see a pullback in the dollar, it could head higher before we could see a crest in the dollar (trough in the market) fwiw...

There is a turn for the dollar around Nov 1...
