I wouldn't look to short them just based on just a premium to NAV. I'm just saying that if you found a discounted one that could get a little love you could collect the dividend and have some appreciation as well.

Just eyeballing the chart with TSI and Stochastics set in. Non-scientific, quick lazy method.

if the the invs H&S fails then yes... but if not... then target should get hit. There is positive divergence on the daily, fwiw.
But definitely need more volume on the neckline break.
