fib info. this rebound may have legs, although NORMALLY it should fail eventually.

They're gonna gap up Germany again. So Germany gets to determine whether we rise or continue falling.

Here's an interesting read on how the market has performed during the highest and lowest top marginal tax rate, high vs. lowest dividend tax rate and spending cuts vs. previous year (only 5 of this since 1950). No political on my part, just find it as a unique article
