Just some interesting notes on my study on seasonality for the next week. There is nothing that provides much of an edge for the next few trading days, however, June 7, 8 and 9 are among the most bearish calendar days and trading days of the year, so if you want to short, consider doing it into Friday or Monday's session. I expect the market finds a bottom around those dates.

That ISEE must be a data error. But, I'd say in my experience the lower the value the more bullish it is in the big picture, and kind of bearish in the shorter term.

My study on ISEE is showing that the market is a buy in this area. The 5, 10, and 20 day avgs are extremely low. Sentiment is as bad as it's been at most major lows for the last 10 years.

Here's a chart of the major indexes with some possible EW counts, more importantly perhaps is the Dow chart. Yes it made a lower low yesterday, but unlike the other indexes it had not yet tested its lower channel trend line. Now that it is catching up to the others in this regard perhaps this will fuel a bounce

notice the perfect correlation between advancing issues of the S&P 500 and SPY's price.
very similar but faster info comes from the $TICK

this chart can be an e-mini day traders best friend.
took 2 profitable scalpes today but not comfortable trading today...
range seems too narrow to me.

Thank you Cobra. I bought some SPY calls at the low of the day, want bet if the mkt is "Usually after a Major Distribution Day, the next day tends to be a small consolidation bar" as u said, or like
other analyist's predict: today should be a reversal day or some others say today should be a bull's fighting back day.
Now, Cobra is the best one. I escape my calls with $9 profit only. This is a small consolidation bar as Cobra said at the openning.
Thanks Cobra.
