He mentioned anything below 1448 is a sell, but we gp higher and his stops may have hit o Swing . MACD positive on daily and CCI index is up , but RSI is diverging but I dont think it is a sell, wait and see mod

IWM:$RUT, it is only used for level of strenght and it is in decimal. 0.0993 and up to 0.0994. How can you trade with this? I am curious to know why you are curious.
