It must be the humidity my friend....
I lived in the Yukon for 10 years and -35C, -40C is common but quite bearable because it is dry. Only your toes freeze.
I'd go back there anyday.

My favorite memory of the Inside Passage:
Ketchikan, where the City Sanitation trucks have printed on their sides: “Satisfaction Guaranteed, or Double Your Garbage Back”
My favorite folks up there: The Bush Pilots
Them r some wacky wonderful folks; i tossed a few lunches out the sides of their plontoon planes

Yes, Gas is bad TLT is good now.
not looking so good on the counter trend set up for TLT but it's one that I will get my feet wet. LL make it not so attractive, but it's a go on my read.

Yes in church at the time but was almost 1yo still have family pic's of the 15ft vertical shifts in downtown Anchorage moved to lower48 in '73 back for a couple years in the early '80s
