FXI has broke to the downside prior to SPX in the past....yesterday it fell through support...

Key time as it's the 2nd test of the day low, bears need do more. I'm neutral here, wait and see. FOMC minutes at 2pm, my guess is down.

by the way, I don't know when bears will attack but I'm pretty sure lots of people gave up yesterday.
