well, guess that's it for today. need see how exactly SPY/SPX closed and sometimes toss a coin before being able to call tomorrow, so no blah blah here. Thank you guys, I'll see you tomorrow.

before the close, please take a little time to vote for me. it's important as it severs as a free ad, as long as people keeping coming to this forum and occasionally someone enrolled as my member, I'd keep this forum free. Some of you do know how a real time call services would cost if it's not free. so please if possible vote for me, thanks. https://stockcharts.com/public/1684859/tenpp

OMT was the creation of ECB to stop Italian and Spanish bond yields from rising at rapid speed again. "

70% Chance the market will trade lower over the next 5 weeks? That's he says and it's based on IBM's ER. Apologies if it has already been posted.

ALday, do you know that one of the pillars for the success of western capitalism is strict copyright legislation  Hey, you might end up in prison

Thank you, I do know about copyright. That is why I correctly revealed that it was not my chart.
I guess, I did not explain myself properly, The chart, came from a person registered as "Guest" on another blog, that is what I wrote down in my footnote. Should I delete it then?

Good luck enforcing Copyright infringement. Seriously good effing luck. As a publisher I can assure you that it's nearly impossible. Sure you can scare people with DMCA notices but there is not a damn thing you can do to them unless you're willing to drop 80k on a federal lawsuit.

P.S. Prison? LOL! Maybe, MAYBE, if you've cost a big company millions of dollars in lost income MAYBE then... Otherwise the FBI will literally LAUGH at a blogger who phones them about copyright infringement. How do I know? Because I had a case myself where a copy of one of the books I publish was stolen and sold as PLR (private licensing rights) and we suddenly on every torrent, website, and popping up on Amazon, BN.com with different titles and covers. The FBI, after being informed of the crime argued on the person who stole from me behalf. He said what proof do you have? I said, "my book is registered with the us copyright office!" he said but how do you know this person is the one who copied it, "I said I have an email from her admitting to it!" He coughed and then said "well, we just don't have the resources for something like this..." Yeah. I could go on and on and on.. but you get the idea. I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't mean to sound harsh but you've hit a button with me and I'm just a tad bit resentful. Ideally nobody would infringe or plagiarize someone's work but it happens and I just thought a splash of reality was in order. I suppose I shouldn't argue against it, folks having a healthy fear of repercussions is about the only thing stopping rampant infringement.. it's a real problem and dates back to the 18th century.
