Greek vote is already priced in. If it passes, like EVERYONE assumes it will (me included), I don't see a major move. Today's cautious buying is taking care of that.endangered510 wrote:Doesn't matter. It all depends on the Greek vote.

Tomorrow is bullish because its Fed day. Historically, Fed days have been mostly bullish. We will start to some pullbacks on Thursday imo. For those who are interested in look at major news. Those filthy bears keep trying to steal my gold chains......

Interestingly, tomorrow is trading day 16 which in the last 4 months is 0 for 4 positive and an average gain of -0.56%. Be cautious here. Remember Bernanke has a knack for disappointing every time he fails to promote QE3.shumushu wrote:Tomorrow is bullish because its Fed day. Historically, Fed days have been mostly bullish. I'm not sure who you're referring to, but making statements like yours does not endear you to anyone on this board. And, to be sure, had any of the bears on this board made a similar statement about their bullish predictions (like yours early last week), they would have looked rather foolish when the market touched 1258, shortly thereafter, no?cletus wrote:Well, I've been saying how the market was not in a bear market and we were going to make new highs for weeks now, and no one believed or cared. I'm still bullish but just expect a pullback soon. I hold long term long positions and am up huge today.
Everyone who kept posting huge downside targets and been making huge bearish predictions have been proven wrong. Simple.

You've made some good short term calls on this board, so respect to you. Don't diminish it by gloating. We all get spanked by the markets at one point or another.
Just sayin'.
Peace.
Most seasoned retailer traders do not trade by predictions, everyone has some bias, it's just a matter of how you can adjust your bias and react to newcletus wrote:Well, I've been saying how the market was not in a bear market and we were going to make new highs for weeks now, and no one believed or cared. Words to live by... if someone professes to be right all the time it's a sure sign they are lying.Anaconda wrote: We all get spanked by the markets at one point or another.
