I guess it's possible that was it for today...
New LOD today will indicate that the last intraday Pos D fails. = Bulls -2 attempts. let see, so far Pos D still in play.

Maybe not that much. Several classic indicators which measure this as a metric are about exactly at their June 24 levels. That was a much better time to buy than to press shorts. Only very rare minicrash situations push these indicators much further below their Keltner-18 bands than they are now. (However mini-crash situations do happen, as in the summer of 2010, and these indicators then go even lower.)
Dead lion bounces as BullBear52 well knows can be more powerful than dead cat bounces--in fact they are sometimes called face-rippers.
