small new highs in NY nyhgh and Amex amhgh is positive, not overwhelming bullish but hope to see Im Vol dip and decliners start to fall later today,
still feels like its only shorts closing losses IMHO so not too hurried to get long here unless bankers start to rally and rvx falls more

I don't trade S&P but this chart might help some trader here.
the low in this chart looks like Cup & handle formation but my problem with this low is the moving averages because it is the first attempt to push all the averages to the upside. Usually the first attempt fail or at least makes a test for the low ( but not with S&P and Bernanke )

I am still learning H1 and H2 and do not understand them although I got the meaning of them as the following:

H1 - First pullback in an uptrend, above 1st bar that has a high above previous high.
H2 - Second time a High above previous bar in that same pullback

Anyone can give some explanations with examples about how to know it is an H1 and H2 in the chart? When Cobra at lunch, some experts may help us?
