Actually he is very comprehensive in describing the economic condition that is effected by the government's actions. He broke it down to relate to companies and their financial situations plus individuals and their personal financial situations. He expanded to include credit issues and then to confidence or lack of confidence in the US by other countries, buying their treasury bills.
