DAX : could be very likely in the triangle

in the morning I thought it is start of the wave 3 of C (with HnS breakdown coming) but this leg is too weak for 3 (still possible tho but unlikely imo)

Dollar update: covered all euro shorts and thinking about contratrend buying new week (bought very small "front-running" portion today)

Comparison 1995/2009 shows that the 2009 rally is not incredibly steep, SPX climbing the wall of worry at a leisurely pace Does this have bullish implications? Maybe

Neutral.

My summation signal turned neutral yesterday. A decisive break (not just a poke) of yesterday's lows would turn it down.
My composite trend signal is up. Minimal technical damage done so far. Looks fine.

I'll be out today. So, something will probably happen.
I have got a stop on to honor my summation signal with some short if it hits.
If this move is just a corrective rest for the bulls, the trade is likely to be a loser.
Unfortunately, I do not know what is going to happen.

Morning BB to the AMD, I took the small loss there I think is flaggish (wave4) and the structure although there is not overlap(yet) I think is too big for something uber bullish, my reading is we are in the B-wave with 5w up to come later but my original idea with wave 5 to come is imo dead, I don't like stocks where I took the loss for some time but if I will see reaction around 2.70-3 mybe I will try long again

KeiZai, I do the DAX too, I've been at it for many years.

For me one of the best DAX signals is watching the Eurex futures: A) the bid/ask volumes and B) the symmetry deviation between FDAX and DAX. I always notice that as soon DAX does something contrary to the big boys' intention deviation between FDAX and DAX widens, sometimes by a ridiculous margin. The big boys don't always win, but in general they manage to steer the market their way. At the moment the big boys are hesitantly bullish
