Junior Buffet. If you have the image file somethere on the net. You have to go to Full Editor, click the IMG tag and copy-paste the url of the image between tags.
You can upload the image to some service like imgur.com or any other. After you upload the file to imgur they provide you the complete URL including the IMG tags.

How to post a chart (for PC users):
Right click on your chart
Save your chart “save picture as”
Make sure you save it to “desktop” and give it a name with a .png (dot png) extension (and “copy” the chart name so you can “paste” it later)

Click “save”
Go to Cobra’s site, click “post reply” at the top left
Below the text box click “upload attachment” and click “browse” then click “desktop” and paste your chart name in the “file name” box, and make sure it has that .png extension at the end of it.
Click “open”
Click “add the file”
Then put your cursor inside the text box where you want your chart to appear and click “place inline”
Then click "submit"
