Well, uuum, QQQ's as I am analysing it: nice job testing middle (VWAP) of this top's megaphone. Doesn't seem to want to give it up @ the moment though I think it will eventually-the mouse ran up the clock, the clock struck 12 and the mouse did what? etc.
The ES mid-megaph remains 1845ish and neither it nor the DOW have been there today, yet. Nice ES intraday down channeled, retraced to touch the top channel line and is twiddling thumbs now; ooops new low as I write-maybe 1845 afterall. not so nice new hi before open; messes up my indicators but then again there just could be some push up left here?¿

That is the issue that we face right now. This indicator peaked all the way back in September 2013, and has been making a series of lower highs ever since even as the NDX has trended higher. History says that eventually this type of divergence is going to matter. " ps: shorted RYL, housing, few days ago based on his acclaim, 'Housing is going to crash' Made a little but like so many stocks here, small dinkying around candles. so far.

So basically he says the market will eventually go down sometime in the future, he just doesn't know when......

does that tell you that the weakness is not broad based but just weak in the hot 100

SPX 5m... doubtful this will be resolved before the close... but last 20-40m will be interesting... of course.. monday we could get a gap.. up break pattern, down confirm pattern... possible "news" related. Fodder for the weekend... will be the lack of new high on the dow yet....
