Why bounce?
Answer is usually in the charts
Downtrend line once again was unsustainably steep and needed to fan out a bit
IT SHOULD FAIL in back-testing the bottom of the box
But it all depends on how much the wussie-bears need to cover and book profits

Nydec 1700 (it grazed 2000 for a nanosecond this morning, but couldn’t hold it)
Volume ratio 1.4 to 1, still favoring bears, but MUCH weaker than this morn 5-to-1 bear ratio

Remember - this is a controlled descent engineered by the Fed. The Fed is happy, as long as they are in Control.

I've been trying to think of a good analogy for how POMO affects the markets. It finally came to me this morning - the Fed using POMO is just like flying an airplane. I'll say more this wknd, but just remember, the Fed is the pilot for this plane (market), and they've been in complete control for the past 5 years. They are not going to let it crash.

POMO projection for End of April is 1790.
Today's projection was 1818, with end of next week being 1809. Though there will be rallies, there's a lot energy (POMO) that's already been spent and not enough to hold it up over the next week or so - overall direction is down thru next week.

POMO - the only thing holding this market up.

bottom of the keltner at 1780 is coincident with the 75% retrace off the feb low
10 day clx chit vulnerable till thurs......maybe we will get the 4 year cycle low in the spring sted of the fall .....waddya say
