For what it's worth, for scalping only: With the current POMO schedule of big POMO Mon-Tue and zero POMO Fri, I saw a suggestion to try to buy near the low on Fri and try to sell near the high on Mon ???

Fun (sad.... crazy) fact of the day....

SPY narrow range on Opex - narrowest since Jan 2007 - we are at .40 right now

Aug 12 - .44 minor top on Tues after

Mar 12 +.48 minor top on Monday after

Feb 07 -.53 MAJOR top on Thursday after

Feb 11 .63 (Major top on opex day) and Jan 12 .63 minor top on Monday after

The good news? within two weeks of those quiet opex days - the market started moving,

Today's range of 3.5 is the narrowest I can recall - and I think that includes holidays where the ES closes at 10am.
