It's cold here so I'm roasting a turkey so I don't have to turn on the heat.

God, I am cheap.

All I heard is blah blah blah, turkey, blah blah blah, turkey.

We picked some sour oranges (different kind of orange) and gave them to the neighbors. The grandmother made some mojo with them and gave us some. I injected it under the skin of the turkey. Mojo is citrus juice with onion and spices and it differs according cultural history. I'm cooking it at 250 F for about 8 hours.

Yup reading that makes me realize I'm starving. Time for lunch!
