As far as I can tell, we've never had back to back waterfall events. Not even in 2008. We got a lower low in 2008 but that was like for 2 days. In 2000, we got a lower low 2 months later but that was just two days as well. And you might not get that. You might get 2001 where it didn't set a lower low.

Just seems like a horrible bet, and if if win the bet, you better be very nimble to close that short ASAP.

I prefer to just keep scaling into longs until the drop ends.

The precision of the ellipse signals is quite remarkable. I presume that the guys who write the algo software work with them. Yesterday the ellipses pointed to SPX 1872.30 as support, today SPX turned at 1871.91.
