Our weekend update in Cobra's market report comment section

http://www.cobrasmarketview.com/2015/10 ... -triangle/

Snippet:
ES Weekend Update: Keep It Simple Stupid Series (The Final Battle)

Friday’s session was just a textbook bull continuation day; rode on 1HR 20EMA bull train
support and its bull flag. Overall, it was a relatively easy session that
provided intraday bulls with three successful entries and one dud. By the end
of the day, it was marching towards fulfilling the 2034 immediate target.

This breakout should have plenty of energy left until 2060ish.

200d 2060 - 20w 2038 - 50w 2060 .. stacking up... bears dreaming about H&S.. longer the pattern, greater the significance .."IF" it plays out.

*Interesting side note: the 1440 tag in May 2008 - 7 months after the Oct 2007 highs, was the confluence of the 50w 200d at 1440ish and upper BB bands on both W/D! Mr DellGriffith any thoughts on that?

For short term counter trend (sell) Daily Keltner channels (21,2,0) is only resistance I can call to. trend following I see no worry.

From Investing dot.com I cut and pasted the central banker stuff. It is 24 hour time, all shown New York The numbers are forecast rate then previous rate (as if they were going to raise, Ha!).

Mon 10/18/15
10:00 USD FOMC Member Brainard Speaks
Tue 10/20/15
06:00 BoE Gov Carney Speaks
09:00 USD FOMC Member Dudley Speaks
09:15 USD FOMC Member Powell Speaks
11:00 USD Fed Chair Yellen Speaks
Wed 10/21/15
10:00 CAD Interest Rate Decision 0.50% 0.50%
11:15 CAD BoC Gov Poloz Speaks
13:00 GBP BoE Gov Carney Speaks
Thu 10/22/15
07:45 EUR Interest Rate Decision 0.05% 0.05%

So plenty of opportunity to talk abut QE and or negative rates.

Negative rates- Bank analyst written articles this year were warning, and now showing that US QE (and I assume Euro QE as well) are being reversed strongly by the EM countries, primarily China. Even the Scandinavian sovereign wealth funds are selling to offset the government shortfall in oil revenue. We have all seen the charts that overlay the S&P on the Fed's balance sheet. I appreciate all the long term timing systems people post, but we all have seen that the Fed's balance sheet is the most accurate. But with 100's of billions of Treasuries flooding back into the market that isn't going to work anymore. US Fed may be able to control US market but not when China or Saudi Arabia or etc go the opposite way with $ denominated assets.

So even though it is a really really bad idea I think the only thing they (Fed) has left is negative interest rates. Of course some think they are going to just allow the great re-set and blame it on high frequency trading. I can't buy into that as I see them a lot like doctors with a dying patient, they just keep trying stuff until the very end. FWIIW

Junior Buffett wrote:I read somewhere that Apple sued for 800 million by some Indian techies and Infians won the verdict...can anyone confirm? If its true then why we not seeing as a headline? If this turn out to be true then this can kill the stock
This report is true and my estimation is the ruling will stand and AAPL will have to pay the $800M.

Whats more - if they win next process it will be beginning of the end of apple as other companies will sue them. Steve Jobs said in 1999 that he will do all in his power even steal just to overcome Microsoft - so we get first rewards for this policy
