Those type of articles are always so deceptive. If those were calls for the current week, they could've been bought at .16 in the morning, and went as high as .40 in the afternoon. If someone was savvy enough to bet a million on that, he was probably savvy enough to sell them toward the high and not hold them til today when they are .02/.03 at the moment.
There's nothing about a trade like that the means someone expects the option to actually go in the money by week's end. Shame on that article writer for implying so.

We had a bad AAPL earnings report, a bad oil report, etc. market briefly went down and popped right back up. its almost like bad news its just keeping the lid on a rally. not sure i should fret over a drop after amzn's report. ill just stick to technicals and they say buy the close.
