Breakout then back test the breakout point, the blue line, which if it can hold then it's good for bulls, so let's wait and see.

I'd like to add: in February 2008 the market didn't close below the green BB13/1 - if we make the 2016 analogue this suggests no close below SPX 1870ish in the next few days.
