Once again the 3:30 ramp. Please note this is not the same TSI settings as BullBear and it uses an EMA. The real point is they once again gave everybody an opportunity for a quick scalp to end the day.

Oil up two days in a row, Saudi's Oil minister talking about meeting and production freeze. Even with the rig count up, oil at the HOD. Last week was the Kuwati oil guy. But SA has more clout even thought they are pumping at a record rate.
