This chart says a lot. Refineries are moving about 350,000 barrels of day more oil than a year ago. Where is all the gas going? They say to Mexico. So no panic so far by the hedge funds as they knew these builds were coming. We will see how many more hits they can take.

Around 11 AM yesterday the ES dropped through 91. It touched it at the end of Asia only session last night,then twice more during the early european session and finally once again in the US afternoon session.

I don't know what is so powerful about that level, but I am impressed.

Bears fail at every turn. Nothing remotely bearish about this market. Perfect chance today to have a range breakdown. Just turned out to be a false breakdown with a move back near the range high. At some point, yes, bears will have their day, but you can't trade that.
