TED moves like a glacier, so doesn’t need frequent posts.
They did a fine job last year describing the zenith and nadir of the correction.
Now both are still whispering for lower SPX

This is just my take on it; I have a feeling Mr. Bachnut has a better chart but I may have missed it.

Watching that too. Nice to have something that provides a signal without volatility and noise. I'll get quite bullish if/when these turn.

kena, i have been to guangzhou. it is a tier 1.5 city in china. beijing and shanghai are in their own class, pretty much like dc and nyc. guangzhou is the 3rd largest, way bigger than others, but not quite the same kind as the big 2. it is dirtier, roads crazier, more dangerous. it is in the south china, warm, humid like miami. foods are close to the chinese restaurants here. there are lots of colleges there.
most locals are not very "friendly" to people not speaking local language. (color doesn't matter. i saw obama's brother there couple months ago.) if going out in night, stay in groups. (u cannot tell a college boy not to go out :D)
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

this market is not as exciting as i expected. excluding the tiny spikes to both ends around 11, we are pretty much in a rectangle.
i wish es could dip to 1153.75, then i can go long there. take lunch break now. later

TLT breaking yesterday's lows. It seems to want to test support in the rising trend line at 115.50. Hard to square this with current weakness in stocks. Agree it should be bullish for stocks in short term. But it may not translate into much upside since it is so close to support.
no idea about tlt but 30 year bond futures are seriously breaking down, broke thru the channel line, a close about here would be ugly

Thanks, I like yours too
I watch your favorite 377 moving average with keen interest
But once the markets open I have to switch off dailies/weeklies and laser-focus intraday
I use the 5 period moving average on my 5 min charts (roughly equivalent to your 377 daily), and it works GREAT for me

This looks like a long from here. It broke through that triangle.

Why buy a breakout into the pivot?
