A not so rhetorical question. I've become jumpy around this market, with 6% moves and no trend seeming to last more than a few days. Could positive divergences on NYSI fool the bears? If this is wave 5 down from the 1370 high, then have we begun wave 3 of Wave 5 down? To me, today looks like wave 1 of a 5 wave down to complete the larger Wave 5 down . Any thoughts?

Yes -it depends on how much I want to smoothen the curve, in order to get "unambiguous" signals. I am with J. Ehlers on that issue. Some trials are helpful...
