I'm hoping all the bears on this blog are right, because I'm short at spx 1165, stop at 1200 (50 DMA), for swing down. The technicals seem confusing to me now, with conflicting indications. This is supported by the Daily, 60 min, and 15 min ADX all being < 25 and falling now, meaning consolidation to "no trend". A frustrating environment.

109.2 is what i see this fall end at based purely on EW, it might have a couple of bounces before it will get there. Ofcourse if it doesnt get there, we will have some alternative count

Ok, the play by play seems to be unfolding as I've been ranting...

Thing is, was that just the retest of the horizontal line of the descending triangle?

If that was it, it came too quickly and was too weak... it didn't even make it up to the line. Which is really bad news now as we still have 2 hours to go in the trading session.

Yesterday, the retest was much strong and came much later in the day.

We could be in a serious downward move from here if that was in fact the retest.

Bulls better be careful here.

the real target should be 112.31 according to bearish 1-2-3 formation. I'll think fib 61.8% at 113.32 is more likely.
