Hi all,

My first post on this board, been following it for the last few months... great work Cobra!

Found it a bit coincidental that the last 2 days rally came on POMO days

No POMO today, interested to see if bulls continue to charge.

Btw, im a highly trapped bear

It's pretty easy to upload an image. Even I can do it.

1) Save the image on your desktop
2) when you want to post it, click upload attachment just below the text reply box on left hand side. browse and add the image from your desktop and attach it.
3) then click "place inline" from lower right of the text box under Post Attachments.
4) add your comments above or below the image as you like.

I think the low was in. we might pay another visit to it, but won't make a lower low, then we're in for a few weeks rally, the real rally. The conclusion is made based on common pattern. Just look at what happened in May last year, that's very typical, the revisit to the low in Aug made only a higher low confirming that the low was in.

If however, the revisit we're about to have decisively break below the low, then I need another pattern before calling the low was in.

For now, I believe the low was in.

Also I would like to share this chart with you guys. It is a 30year Treasury spread and each time this hit the resistance, bonds have sold off dramatically. This coincides with the diamond target that has been met..... I don't think its pure coincidence...

But of course if this breaks out, thats a big deflation signal...but I am betting on inflation play.

The dollar yesterday stopped exactly at recent horizontal support, and is now positive today, back ovwe $79. This bodes bad for Euro, and should for equities as well.

Just don't see why yields are still rising? Ant answers anyone?
