Maybe it's a consolidation range here which favors bulls a little bit as it's usually a continuation pattern.

Day 4 of a new, higher range.

Price has moved up a bit.

The candle is a doji.

TGA drains liquidity so "bulls are always stronger" rethorics is gone for now, NO free liqudity from Yellen We can back to proper bear market.

The rebound is stronger (tinted area) this time which usually means a bottom is near if not already in.

Small caps are very strong today, so it's just a rotation which does mean the market has not enough liquidity though, but it'd need time to spread as again right now the big guys still have money to do the rotation.
