It's a morning hourly filled black bar.

SPY daily.

Sideways action.

In a trading range since December 19. At the top of that range.

Needs a breakout or breakdown.

Ups and downs in the range.

Day trades. No swing trades.

A small move up. Then downward action.

Day trades leaning towards the bears, at this time.

Dow 30.

VZ at the top. UNH at the bottom.

The action is about even, maybe slightly more to the downside.

Bottom range price action, bears need to see intraday LL quick to resume down trend formed this morning.

No swing setup, day trade only, very clear LH intraday, but for now sideways, bearish consolidation or bottom here for the day.

swing setup: trend following method. last sell failed, dips will be bought. keep it simple, or we have to go with range trade method, buy low sell high. I am stick to what works for me. that is trend following method. not the best but no head ache make or break with low risk.

Intraday: I talked a lot intraday today, you know the routine.

Internals: now it is clear, bears are too weak, no follow through, daily is standing in a bullish consolidation phase, until a clear Breaks! long weekend, plan the trade and trade the plan in week to come. Peace!

Ha Ha, long weekend is the word of the day. I doubt big guys want to sit through three days with risky positions on, so expect squaring up before the close.

Also twitter feed reminding everybody VIX options expire next Wednesday, so maybe we get some strong moves after that.
