Eyes are still on the top. Taking a breather.

Monthly chart. Its market value has done very well in 2025.

Low P/E at 13.10.

Yield 9.87%.

It is not a dynamic stock. It has been around forever.

Not recommending, not holding at this time, just sharing information on a quiet day, after doing some scans.
