Economists polled by Bloomberg had projected about 7.6 million openings for the month.

Small double top (red arrows) so now the pullback which likely would be bought, probably around the EMA20 below.

I would say Yes. All time high. But it is on a pullback candle.

Wait for a strong breakout marubozu candle like 2 days ago, or yesterday. imo.

Buy and hold? Nah. Day trade it, with target and stop.
