Helloooooo? am I talkin’ to myself on this shite board?
Has Al ever provided u with a useful link, a chart update, an inspiring quote, a decent song?
Could a smarter TA person please reciprocate by posting the name of the TA genius who says that after the third or fourth time you “fan out” the uptrend line, a big drop is imminent....I’m not asking for your firstborn here folks, just a name… pretty please?

Spain sold €3.56 billion euros of a new ten-year benchmark bond, well below the €4 billion targeted. The average yield on the bond was 6.975 percent, the highest paid since 1997, and almost 2% higher compared to the 5.433% paid on October 20.

Thanks. Some report interpreted it as "scary". Do you think it was scary?

That is a touch of the EMA 20 should be good..waiting patiently. Interesting Emerging Markets and Small Caps both green.

yesterday i draw a line at es 1233. we apparently lost it. will this line be resistance is a good question.
people asked me how i draw these lines. i used some combined techniques mostly based on derivative readings. it is an on-going project and it is very hard to explain if you don't have fe background. it is not a standard support and resistance which turn to each other on reversal. my research shows no significant outliners.
i have a new reb target around 1238.5-1241
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

should we go long right now? triple bottom EUR/usd. USdollar as has a triple top with a negative divergence on all time frame up to 1hr.

/ES looks like it reached a double or triple bottom depends on how you look at it. and also has positive divergence on all time frame up to 1hr.

This is looking like a broken record. Rally until the bears decide to take over. Who knows when that'll be.

you sure? no more changes this time? just kidding. :D
which gov you have faith in? the obama administration? did u vote for him? here in china i met couple black americans. they told me obama is just half black.
well no more politics. economic wise, recently people are talking more hayek vs Keynes. we are not china. Keynesian is not very helpful
Well, I hope it's gonna be yesterday once more: stubbornly strong for 6 hours, then crash in 15 mins near close; then after hour rebound for several hours before tumbling .... and go on

The 'foolish/bullish' idea is such that 'no matter whart, the market always comes back  '

Yes it is scary. The 6.98% yield is the bigger since 1997. Previous was 5,45%. Bid-to-cover wnet from 1,8 to 1,5.
And i'm waiting to margin increase by LHC.Clearnet today with the markets closed. May be they wait till tomorrow should the weekend relax and dilute it's bad effects.

I thought, you said we better not hope again for reversal if we go down?
sorry, I mean we shouldn't see a reversal.
I think we will see a reversal back to above 1240 area, based on the statistics that during the monthly option cycle, market barely changes course of direction (up or down) once the direction is given in the first 2 or 3 weeks of the monthly option cycle.

For example, for this monthly option cycle (expiring on Friday), the market has been up (or positive) for the first 3 weeks. It is rare for the market to be negative in this last week of the monthly option cycle.

So buying a vertical spread of SPX (Buy 1240, sell 1235) expiring tomorrow should have a very good chance of being profitable.
