TVIX or UPRO....hard to say...
Most european weekly markets have registered RSI buy signals within their daily channel resistance....

VXX is near support...yet right now ES is retesting the neckline..

a bullish-bearish view, for fun as nowadays the market tends to go straight instead of this common pattern. Noted AUDJPY and XIU are not inline with SPY which usually is not a good sign.

IF VXX dies at support and ES holds its neckline retest there is a target of 1264 on ES. But again..."if"

Here a close up of the two verticals (I can't show the ellipses here, as they get skewed if I enlarge the chart)

pretty strong divergence in AUD/JPY and equities, as AUD/JPY is around it's pivot...yet equities ramped well above that. accordingly, either AUD/JPY should be at 79.70 or equities should be around 124.60. i imagine we'll have something snap back into place at some point.

Nice article on Clinton-Bush loosening of rules regarding use of customer funds. Apparently having an agreement for a UK margin provider is enough to have your segregated funds be permanently segregated from you. http://peterlbrandt.com/mf-global-%E2%8 ... -knocking/

so are you going long because the neckline is holding...or are you going short because volume is showing negative divergence? LOL

It tends to change direction, but it can also also accelerate without changing direction. Small chart shows the usual reaction (I can not show ellipses here in the close up, but the outer shells of the ellipse is the spot to place the vertical reversal indicator).

Prince Uempel: I believe you were actually spot-on at 11:00ET for a RALLY !!!
All data I have still says bull
But the flag/pullbacks are what I call scalper “dirty pullbacks” showing weakness each time and coming perilously close to an EARLY scalper sell signal.
As a trend follower, I have to wait for “proof” of trend change
But as a wussie scalper, I’ll be out if I can’t see more strength, like right now, no energy for a fresh high or what?

If this thing ends well, and you wanna go long over the weekend, EPI (India) is beat up and IMO is a good buy. I believe a neutral close today would be at SPY 125.
