TWO week santa rally starting tomorrow. Cover your short. One last flush today to 1190 - 1198 would be nice. We'll see. IMO

Put it back on in 2 weeks. IMO

Shares in Bank of America have dipped below $5 to their lowest since the financial crisis in 2009.
Billionaire Warren Buffett spent $5bn on a stake in the bank in August, when shares were at $8.65. He is reportedly €1.5bn underwater on his stake. The shares have dipped to €4.93, meaning the bank's market cap has fallen below $50bn.

My perspective is that this market needs a gap down and reversal. Right now the morning gaps higher are leaving too much weakness. I have been sitting short for 5 days now...far longer than I would like, but have not seen any signs of panic selling (especially something overnight). I may lighten some of the position with a sell off before close, but right now I am not seeing any signs of capitulation rather Santa rally hope.

Perhaps a trailing stop could have done the trick! Still, nice trade.

Market is smelling fishy over Eurozone.
One day you wake up and no more EURO.
Too bad.

Don't feel too sorry for BRK. They got a sweetheart deal, not available to you and I:

"Despite the drop in the shares, Buffett, the chief executive of Berkshire Hathaway (BRKa.N), will easily profit from his investment. Under the terms of the deal, he has warrants to buy 700 million shares of common stock, priced at just over $7.14 per share with an unusually long 10-year exercise period.
In addition, Bank of America will also sell Berkshire 50,000 shares of cumulative perpetual preferred stock with a 6 percent annual dividend. The Dow component can buy back the investment at any time by paying Buffett a 5 percent premium."
