First little cracks in ES. Starting to get N-divergence in the 15 to 20 min charts, but TRIN is still crazy strong at .25. Have to watch the next pop (1238ish) for weakness.

I'm waiting for a buying opportunity but in the mean time, I see usd is the perfect short candidate to hold overnight.

This run up is stronger then I thought, if it's too good to be true it is...........(fill in)

I will buy in tomorrow not today, I hope the momentum will still be there tomorrow, I short FAZ just in case my FAS doesn't pan out, Short SSO I can hang on. GLTA buy some good toys for kids.

Thanks Cobra and everyone, be nimble and stay humble, GLTA.

Looking at VIX it never signaled any sort of bottom was in. Seems this rally is closing the divergence in VIX and SPY over the past two weeks. Last time we saw this level in VIX it was the end of Oct top...

Does someone much smarter than me have any thoughts?

USD is at lateral support.

I'm aiming for USD to close that gap and right now it made a lower low on 1hr right underneath the down channel.

(if it's too good to be true it is "maybe sooner rather than later?" they all "know" that friday and next tuesday "have to be really strong days" (since sc rally is up .60ish on average over these two days going back 30 years). often these days there is a rush to be in front of events. could be thur or friday acts "funny" to offset the absolute clarity they have right now. not sure what that that idea means exactly but maybe the action is drawn forward so that when the event happens it is muted.

Hi Cobra,

I have a question for 4.9.1 TSX Long Term Trading Signals. What's the logic behind those color bars? I mean how do you determine when it becomes red, blue and green. I can follow it only if I understand it. It is a long term investment and I have to be careful. Many thanks.
