Yeah, I have FSLR too on my watchlist

looks like the ski slopes are closed today. damn it sucks to be short.
bull not ready to quit yet...that is obvious closed out yesterday shorts for small profit. Thought we might get more down pressure today, but bull still sees room to rally.

Interesting read. Thanks for the post.
FYI, not sure how you and others on the board feel about it but today is a minor Bradley turn date. Just something to keep in mind.

thanks juankim, have you got any "killer" link to Bradley info for all of us?
Pilot Short still on and trapped but not as bad as I thought it would be.
Be careful what you ask for. On Monday, I invited the bulls to hit my stop and knock out Pilot Short. The pattern was bullish but the bulls had not shown vigor.
Yesterday, they accepted my invitation and beat up Pilot Short pretty good. They broke his nose but it was not a knock-out. Pilot Short gets to fight another round today.
Fight plan remains the same. If Pilot Short doesn't get knocked out, snug stop to around yesterday's or today's high, whichever is greater.
I was hoping yesterday's gap would be an exhaustion gap, but volume seemed on the light side to make that call. Given the inverse head and shoulders pattern, it could have been a continuation gap. If we see a higher high with higher volume than yesterday (i.e. follow through), it would be bullish and I would say that Pilot Short is doomed.
I'll be watching the action after the 10yr. treasury auction at 1pm and the 30yr. tomorrow for clues. Treasuries have been holding up well in light of the equity rally. If they pick up strength or breakdown following the auction, I think equities may take notice.
I'll also be watching to see if the bulls are bullish enough to buy heading into a long weekend.
Lastly, I still have a Max Pain for opex next week at SPY = 125. Odds favor an attempt to at least move toward that level between now and next Friday <7 trading days.
All and all still fishing for an intermediate top.
I agree and I had a 128.13, very close to yours…but they bounced already at a minor support (128.52).
In my book, that means that the bounce will be also “minor”…
Look at the similarities of week of 11/7 in candelstick formation. Tall bodies with Doji at the same level as tall body, gap down the next day .......I guess getting ready for option exiry on Friday, big down turn.
