I'm looking at Schwab also, and it does not have a higher high either...It did break out of triangle though, good for bears is all that matters....

Schwab bought OptionsExpress who used the Pacific Exchange. Quite a bit of difference on the daily spy between the exchanges. Not sure if Schwab is using different exchanges for account holder locations or trading platform differences.
